816 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms governing your use of the 816 platform. Please read carefully before using any of our services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. The 816 platform reserves the right to update this document from time to time.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 816 platform ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 816 website, mobile application, and all services provided by us.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 816 platform. Continued use of our services following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 816 platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.
- The use of online gambling services must be permitted under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
816 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from registration that fails to meet qualification requirements.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on the 816 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund of remaining balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination. You are responsible for keeping your account information current whenever changes occur.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 816 will never ask for your password via email or any support channel.
Account Suspension & Closure
816 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, breach of these Terms, or any other reason deemed appropriate by management. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to fraud or breach of Terms will not be refunded.
3. User Responsibilities & Rules
As a user of the 816 platform, you agree to:
- Use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial or business use without our prior written consent.
- Not to use any automated software, bots, crawlers, or other technological means to access, scrape data from, or manipulate the platform's systems without authorisation.
- Not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or damage the operation of the platform, its servers, or related networks.
- Not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
- Do not distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, or obscene through any communication channels on the platform.
- You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not they were carried out with your knowledge.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the 816 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits and withdrawals via approved local payment methods, including FPX, Touch ’n Go eWallet, and domestic bank transfers. Minimum and maximum transaction limits depend on the selected payment method and may change from time to time.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits are final once processed and cannot be reversed. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification procedures as may be required by the platform or payment service providers. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to several business days in certain circumstances.
Transaction Responsibility
You are fully responsible for ensuring that all transaction details you submit are accurate. 816 is not liable for any losses caused by incorrect transaction details, failed payments due to limits or restrictions imposed by your bank, or delays caused by third parties in the payment chain.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 816 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the operation, accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from the use of this platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 816 platform — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software code, and design — is the exclusive property of 816 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 816 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing such links is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Right to Modify
816 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. We will endeavour to notify active users of material changes via email or an in-platform notice, but we are not obligated to do so in all circumstances.
It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 816 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 816 platform shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between both parties for a period of thirty (30) days before any legal proceedings are initiated.
